Cialis (Tadalafil) is an oral drug that is prescribed for treating certain cases of erectile dysfunction in men, such as impotence, or in any other case when is recommended by a doctor.

Cialis is prescribed for oral use in certain cases of erectile dysfunction in men (eg, impotence). It works by blocking phosphodiesterase-5 ferment and increasing the blood flow into the penis which results in maintaining an erection in case of sexual stimulation. Cialis is to be taken orally with or without food, as prescribed by a doctor. The drug starts to work within 30 minutes from use and its effect continues for about 36 hours. It can be taken daily or before the sexual contact, when needed. In case of a regular use the dose of the drug is lower than when is taken by necessity. The average daily use is 5 mg, when drug is taken every day, and 10 mg per day in case of irregular use. Don't take more than 1 time a day.
